Rose Mary was raised in an orphanage and never remembered her parents. She did remember having one brother. She met Theodore Joseph "TJ" HARDER at a military dance and married him on 16 Sep 1947 in New Orleans LA. They had seven children: Adell Marie, Theodore Joseph Jr "Teddy", Richard Craig, Kathy Ann, David John, Mark Wayne and Carl Kevin HARDER. Rose Mary was a loving mother and grandmother, who loved to cook, crochet, and listen to Cajun music.

Biloxi - Mrs. Rose Mary Davis Harder, 58, of North Biloxi died Wednesday, Nov. 27, 1985, in Biloxi. Mrs. Harder was born in New Orleans and was a longtime resident of Biloxi. Sh was preceded in death by a daughter, Idele Harder. She was a Lutheran. Survivors include her husband, Theodore Joseph Harder of North Biloxi,; one daughter Kathy Harder McBroome (sic, McBroom) of London, England; five sons, Theodore "Teddy" Joseph Harder, Richard Harder, David John Harder and Carl Kevin Harder, all of North Biloxi, and Mark Harder of Fairbanks, Alaska; seven grandchildren. Visitation will be tonight from 6 until 9 at the Howard Avenue chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home in Biloxi. Graveside services will be Friday at 9 a.m. at Biloxi Cemetery.
