Skip enjoyed traveling with his wife Jean and working in his shop. He was a craftsman and loved making things of wood. Skip was a Christian and enjoyed his church family. He is father to Frank Blair, Sheryl, Doreen, and Janet. Husband of Bernice "Jean" Gray Skiffington. Skip is dearly missed by his family both those that knew him well, and those that wish they did.
