He was born February 12, 1913, in Greene County, a son of William Bartley Lippencott and Edna Miller Lippencott.
Mr. Lippencott was a retired construction worker. He was employed by the Williamson Shaft Construction Co.
Mr. Lippencott was a member of the Waynesburg Moose Lodge No. 461 and the Eagles Club. He was a social member of Waynesburg VFW Post No. 4793.
He is survived by his first wife, Anna Belle Thomas Lippencott Cowell of Jefferson. His second wife, Irene Sable Lippencott, is deceased.
In addition to his first wife, he is survived by two daughters, Dorothy E. Kurfiss of Bloomfield, Colo., and Barbara L. Lenhart of Lawrence; two sons, Kenneth L. Lippencott of Jefferson and Floyd H. Lippencott of Waynesburg R.D. 5; 10 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Ralph Lippencott, and a sister, Dorothy Lippencott.
