ALFRED W. LYNCH DIES, RITES IN WEST SIDE CHAPEL
---Funeral services for Mr. Alfred W. Lynch, 65, will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. in the Chapel of the West Side District Cemetery, under the direction of the H. R. Borgsdort Mortuary of Arvin. Rev. Emil Downs will officiate. Mrs. Irma Spence will serve as organist.
---Mr. Lynch was a native of Missouri and had been a resident of Fellows for 37 years prior to his retirement from Standard Oil Co. in March of this year. At the time of his death Mr. Lynch was residing in Springville. He died November 27 in a Porterville hospital.
---Survivors include his wife, Lucille Lynch of the home address; three sons, Willard of North Hollywood, Olin of San Ardo and Jack of Taft; two foster sons, A.2c Ray Jensen, USAF, Turkey, and A 1/c George Jensen, USAF, Oklanawa; two brothers, Norvall Lynch and Evan Lynch, both of Kansas City, Mo.; and six grandchildren. Friends may call at the Cemetery Chapel Saturday beginning at 8 a.m.
