Miss Ruth M. Tisdale, 74, of 2414 Damman, died Friday at Midland Hospital Center. She was born Dec. 16, 1904, in Midland. She graduated from Midland High School in 1921. She worked for the Aetna Insurance Company in Detroit as an office manager, retiring in 1969. She moved to Midland in 1973. She was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church.
Surviving are three brothers, Frank, of Las Vegas, and Nelson and Wilbur, both of Midland; and two sisters, Mrs. Margaret Berridge and Mrs. Donald (Hazel ) Oviatt, both of Midland.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Scott Wilson Memorial Chapel with the Rev. T. Edward Bennett officiating. Burial will be in Midland Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Pardee Cancer Treatment Committee. Midland Daily News dated 6-10/1978
