Oraell Clarence "Ora" Coxen was the son of Emanuel Reason Coxen and Minerva Ellen (Miner) Coxen. He married first Nancy Ella Haslett on 20 Apr 1896 in Eskridge, Wabaunsee, KS. Ora and Nancy had two children: Robert Glenn and Hazel Blanche. He married second Ella Mae Kalmbach on 11 Jan 1918 in Denver, Denver, CO.

Funeral Services for O.C. Coxen, 54, who died at his home on Blue Lakes Boulevard at 5 O'clock, Monday evening, following a brief illiness which developed into pneumonia, will be held at 10 O'clock Saturday morning in the Christian church under the direction of Rev. C.C. Curtis. Internment will be in the Twin Falls Cemetery. The body lies at the Drake mortuary.
