Frank's occupation; Owner Electric Power plant at Osborne (1905-1910), he also owned a couple drug stores. He was a hard working man and a succesful farmer. He was highly respected and had many friends. He also was a member of the Masonic Lodge. He often played music at the Nortonville band, and attended the Higley reunions. He joined the Christian church at Pardee and later transferred his membership to Lawrence. He died of cancer. of Martha L. Higley 1973-1958.
