Miss Nancy Rude
Nunda, Sept. 21. — Miss Nancy Rude, life-long resident of Nunda, died at the home of her brother, Theodore P. Rude, at Cuba, last evening. The remains will be brought here. Mis Rude suffered a stroke of paralysis recently and only last week her brother was here and had her removed on a cot to his home at Cuba.

DEATH of MISS NANCY RUDE
Died at Cuba, N. Y., Wednesday, Funeral Here This (Friday) Afternoon.
Miss Nancy Rude, a lifelong resident of Nunda, who recently suffered a stroke of paralysis, died Wednesday night at the home of her brother at Cuba, N.Y., where she went last week. Miss Rude was a member of the Baptist church and for a number of years has resided on Buffalo street. The remains were brought here from Cuba Thursday evening and taken to her late home, where the funeral will be held this (Friday) afternoon at two o'clock, Rev. Delos E. Abrams, officiating. Burial will be made in Oak wood cemetery.

T. F. Rude of Cuba, who is related to the late Nancy Rude of Nunda and who often visited here during Miss Rude's life time, underwent a serious operation in a Utica hospital last week, which many of his Nunda friends will be glad to know has proven successful.
