Mrs. Amelia P. Guderian, 90, resident of the community since 1919, died Thursday morning at her home, 818 Emma Street.

Mrs. Guderian was born in Brumburg, Germany, Aug. 30, 1859, and came to the United States with her parents when she was 12. They settled in Minnesota where she married Edward Guderian on Apr. 20, 1878. He died in 1934.

The couple moved to Canada in 1910 and in 1929 came to College Place. Mrs. Guderian belonged to the Seventh-day Adventist Church.

Survivors include a son, Hugo E. Guderian of Dunduen, Sask., and a daughter, Freda Guderian of Walla Walla, as well as 3 grandchildren, Arthur Guderian of Yakima, Mrs. Eugene Winter of College Place and Mrs. Levern Senpefflin of Grandview.
