Funeral services were held at 4 p.m. Saturday in TeMamou Catholic Church for Mrs. Allen T. Doucet, 62, who died at 11 p.m. Thursday at her home. Burial followed in the church cemetary.
Mrs Doucet, the former Anna Gott, was a native of the TeMamou area, born March 26, 1906. She was a member of the Catholic Church.
Survivors include her husband, Allen Doucet, TeMamou; one son Huey Doucet, Glendale, Ariz.; three daughters, Mrs. Tommy Hewett and Mrs Merlin Gott, both of TeMamou, and Mrs Carlton McFarlain, Hackberry; a brother, Jeffery Gott, TeMamou; seven sisters, Mrs. Armenia Beard, Vinton, Mrs Dulva Breaux, Holmwood, Mrs. Raymond Doucet, Jennings, Mrs. Edlas Crochet and Mrs. Philibert Doucet, both of Evangeline, Mrs. Rose Gott, TeMamou, and Mrs. Leon Bertrand, Iota; and 12 grandchildren.
