Katherine Joylene (Cheatwood) Henson McDougle Dopler, 79, of Eufaula, Okla., died Monday, Oct. 19, 2009, in Eufaula. She was the daughter of Bluford and Nettie Cheatwood. She was a member of VFW Ladies Auxiliary. Funeral will be 10 a.m. Oct. 28 at Mallory-Martin Funeral Home Chapel in Stigler with burial at Garland Cemetery in Stigler. She is survived by her husband, Hank; a daughter, Judy McDonald; four sons, Rusty, Mike, Dusty and Rick Henson; four stepdaughters, Tanya Sharp, Kathleen Mitchell, Jodean Peet and Tiia Dopler; 17 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Rusty, Mike, Dusty and Rick Henson, Tanya Dopler and Jessica Walker. Katherine was preceded in death by two brothers; one sister; and one grandson. Funeral service will be 10 am Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at Mallory Chapel, Stigler with Chaplain Don Niblett officiating. Burial will follow in Garland Cemetery under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home & Crematory of Stigler. Military rites conducted by the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #4446 Stigler, OK. Pallbearers will be Rusty Henson, Mike Henson, Dusty Henson, Rick Henson, Tanya Sharp Dopler, Jessica Walker.
