Married 1 Apr 1918 to Mary Elizabeth "Mayme" (Rock) Cammock in Roundup, Musselshell County, Montana.
Obit: Herald and News, Klamath Falls & Billings Gazette, Billings, Montana: Alexander Keith Cammock, 72, died, Wednesday, Nov. 11, 1970, at Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital (Sky Lakes Medical Center) Klamath Falls, Oreg. after a brief illness. He was born April 8, 1898, in Sand Coulee, Montana. On April 1, 1918, in Roundup, Musselshell County, Montana, he was married to the former Mary Elizabeth Rock. They lived in Billings for 33 years before moving to Klamath Falls in 1951. Mrs Cammock died in Klamath Falls in May of this year. The family home was at 2024 Vine Ave.
Mr. Cammock was a 19 year member of the Midland Grange and had held numerous offices, including Master, in the organization. In addition to the grange, he was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, the Royal Neighbors of America, Knights of Columbus, Elks, Eagles and several bowling teams.
He is survived by two caughters, Mrs. Stanley (Kathryn E.) Smith of Midland and Mrs Paul (Violet E.) Kinsfather of Casper, Wyoming; two brothers, Bill Cammock, Bakersfield, Calif. and Val Cammock, Fresno, Calif.; three sisters, Violet Wilson, Livermore, Calif., Lillian Bisby, Carmichael, Calif., and Evelyn Irons, Laurel, Mont.; also six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be Sunday at 8 pm in Ward's Klamath Funeral Home. Requiem Mass will be Monday at 10 am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Concluding services will be at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Nov. 15, 1970.
