Treva Mae Rossie, 61, passed away on Monday, February 21, 2000 at Memorial West Volusia Hospital in DeLand.
Born in Lake Butler, she lived in DeLand before moving to Crescent City eight years ago.  She was a homemaker and a member of McGoin Pentecostal Holiness Church in Seville.  Her joy in life was her family and friends.
She is survived by her husband, Wilton "Pete" Rossie, son, Eddie Rossie, both of Crescent City, step-sons, Little Pete Rossie of Crescent City and James Rossie of Interlachen, daughters, Melina Rossie, Roxanne Rossie and Eva Rossie of Crescent City, step-daughter, Lisa White of Seville, brother, Norman Finley of DeLand, sisters, Joyce Blocker of DeLand, Patricia Combs of Macon, Ga., Alice Partin of DeLand, Betty Jo Lowery of Belleview, Becky Simpson of Barnesville, Ga., Mary Morton of DeLand and nine grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday, February 25  at McGoin Pentecostal Holiness Church in Seville with Rev. Sylvester Ward, Brother "Happy" Jack Gideon and Rev. Gene Williams officiating.  Burial will follow in Harris Cemetery in Seville.
