Sharon was the only child of Arnold J and Charlotte I Ferreira. She received a B. A. degree in social work from CSUF and worked at Westcare as a counselor in substance abuse treatment for 12 years. Sharon lived in the Simpson and First street neighborhood while growing up and attended McLane High School in Fresno. She later moved to Clovis. Sharon is survived by a family of cousins and friends. She was 54 years old. Services at Sullivan Burns and Blair funeral home in Fresno.
