Selma Lee Babcock, 76, of Rancho Bernardo died Nov. 21. She was born in Barber, Ark, and was an office clerk. She was a member of the Rancho Bernardo Social Club and Oaks North Travel Club.
Survivors include her husband, Loyal Babcock; sons, Charles Babcock of Brownstown, Mich., and William Babcock of Torrance; brothers, Jasper Williams of Lincoln, Mo., and Randall Williams of San Jose; and four grandchildren.
