Dr. Eaby was a graduate of Vanderbilt School of Dentistry and practiced in the metro Nashville area for many years. He had an excellent sense of humor and exceptional skills and was loved by many patients. Dr. Eaby travelled the world. One of his favorite places was Canada, but the trip he always enjoyed remembering was the one he took just a few years ago to Greece, to visit his daughter, who was studying abroad at the time. He is survivied by his wife, son and daughter.
