Max Wayne Hudson, son of William Tecumseh and Jessie Belle Adams Hudson, was born April 17, 1915 at Narka and Died July 25, 2001 at Salina Regional Health Center, Salina. He was 86.


Max graduated from Munden High School in 1936. He was united in marriage to Dixie Ella Louise Ahrens March 26, 1941 and to this union seven children were born and one foster daughter.


He was a member of the Presbyterian Church, Munden City Council and Munden Booster Club.


He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, one grandson, three brothers and three sisters. He is survived by four son: Wayne and wife Sherri, Idaho Springs, CO; James and wife Gale, Courtland; Frederick and wife Sharon, Aurora, CO; Albert and wife Judy, Clifton; four daughters: Rachel Hoffmeyer and husband Roger, Deshler, NE; Brenda Keim and husband Melvin, Delphos; Roberta Craig and husband Lonnie, Munden;

Iva Jane Rodgers and husband Ardell, South Roxana, Ill; 27 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.


Funeral services were held Saturday, July 28, 2001 at the United Methodist Church, Munden, conducted by Pastor Harvey Farnsworth and Walter Molzahn, Interment was in Ida Cemetery, Munden.
