Daughter of Jennie Minnie Coleman Hubbart Onnen (1875-1911)and Arthur French Hubbart (1868-1901) One sister, Anna Hubbart(1900-1901) Three half brothers: Harm Jacob Coleman, Bernhardt Onnen and Henry Onnen all of Spencer Iowa area. Stepfather: John Onnen, born in Germany. Married to Thomas Arthur Post on February 14, 1925, Chicago Illinois. They divorced. Two children: Beverly June (1926-2008)& Donald Arthur (1931-1959). Married to Henry Freese of Florida, divorced. Married to Elmer Higgins of New Jersey & Florida. Four grandchildren: Joseph, David, Wendy & Donald Casson. Presbyterian, member of the Martha Circle. Worked as hotel maid, nurse's aid, factory worker, housekeeper. Lived in Florida and California until 1962 when she moved to Dyer Indiana to live with her daughter. Excellent cook and baker. Crocheting and embroidering. Loved to play card game Rummy. Could speak English and German.
