Lila Michaels, 75, of Logansport, died at 11:45 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, 2009, at her residence.
She was born April 24, 1934, in Lafayette to the late Ray B. and Hazel Jenkins Jeffers. She married James P. Michaels on Dec. 18, 1954, in Logansport. He died March 5, 2005.
Surviving are two sons, Philip Lee Michaels and Steve Michaels, both of Logansport and 4 grandchildren, Jesse Michaels, Erica Young, Ryan Michaels and Audrey Michaels.
She was also preceded in death by 1 brother, William Trillingham; 1 sister, Patricia Trueblood and 1 grandson, Shane Michaels.
