Clara Louella Korb, the daughter of Adams and Matilda Korb was born September 30, 1880, Burr Oak, Kansas and passed away September 26, 1950 in Mentone, California.
Lula as she was known to her friends, grew to womanhood on a farm north of Burr Oak. She taught several terms of school. In April of 1904 she was united in marriage to William Kiehl. To this union five children were born, two dying in infancy.
She was a loving mother and grandmother. She loved flowers and nature. She was a member of the Rebekah Lodge at Guide Rock. In 1939 after the death of her husband she went to Oregon to care for her mother.
On September 26, 1950 she was called by her Master to her earthly home.
She leaves to mourn her passing, her mother of Salem, Oregon; two sisters, Mrs Leach of Bellingham, Washington and Mrs Edith Regnell of Portland, Oregon; her daughter Irma Elsie Yates of Mentone, California; son sons, Delbert Lowell of Burr Oak, Kansas and Vern Harold of Guide Rock, NE and seven grandchildren
