Mrs. E. J. Fortier Succumbs After Lingering Illness
CHESTERTON, April 2 --Mrs. E. J. (Harriet) Fortier, 68, RFD 2 Chesterton, died Wednesday afternoon at the Warren clinic in Michigan City after a long illness.
The decedent, was born in Chicago, Feb 10, 1885.
She is survived by her husband; three sons, Robert, Arthur and Paul; a daughter, Rosemary O'Connor, three sisters, Mrs. Jessie Coleman of Albany, Illinois, Mrs. Florence Kelly of Chicago, Mrs. Helen Felski, Worth, ILL. and a brother Robert Kelly.
Funeral services will be held at Edmonds Funeral home in Chesterton Saturday afternoon with Rev. Ralph G. Hoffmann officiating. Burial will be at St. Patrick's cemetery.
