Betty Jo Hale, 75, of Whitney, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2009, in Waco. Services will be 10 a.m., Friday, Oct. 30, at Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Burial will be in Blum Cemetery.
She was born in Blum, Texas, to the late William Edgar and Nora Hester Duncan Martin. She was a former supervisor for a clothing manufacturer.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Waymond D. Hale.
She is survived by daughter, Frances Young and husband, Gary; son, James Hale and wife, Bridgette; grandchildren, Kimberly Grubbs, Rachel Daniel and Mitchel Hale; sister, Mary Lou Rogers; brothers, Nelson "Nip" Martin, Bobby Martin, and Jackie Friemuth
