Born in Italy while parents were on vacation. Grew-up in San Sebastian, Spain. Relocated to Buenos Aires after promotion to General Manager Alitalia Airlines prior to 1928.

He was killed in a car accident outside Mar Del Plata with his wife and another couple in the the same car.
