Bertha Mae passed away in hospital in Wichita Falls, aged 81 years.
Bertha was born in Wise County and was a lifelong county resident. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and an LVN who had worked at Bridgeport Hospital.
She is preceded in death by two husbands, George Easley, who died in 1971, and Jesse Adolph Tackel, who died in 1982.
Survivors include a son, four daughters, three stepsons, three stepdaughters, ten grandchildren, 21 step-grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 24 step-great grandchildren. Also three brothers & five sisters.
Funeral service at First Baptist Church in Bridgeport, Wednesday, January 25th at 2pm. Rev. Joe Motsenbocker officiates, assisted by Rev. J. I. Clinton.
Burial scheduled at East Bridgeport Cemetery.
