She was born Oct. 23, 1920, at David City, Neb. to Harve Crocker and Katherine Varin Crocker.
On Oct. 25, 1940, she married Otto Myers, who preceded her in death in 1972. On Nov. 2, 1990, she married Rev. Joe Fulkerson, who preceded her in death in 1997.
On Dec. 24, 2000, she married Junior Preston Griffin.
She also was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Dennis Crocker; a sister, Pat Gelina, and a daughter-in-law, Wilma Myers.
She worked 20 years in the fabric department at Wal-Mart in Lebanon.
She was a member of Second Freewill Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Junior Preston Griffin, of the home; two sons, John Myers, of Hartville and Skip Myers and his wife, Cyndi, of Lebanon; two daughters, Rebecca Piercy and her husband, James, of Eldridge and Judy Perry and her husband, Ed, of Eldridge; a brother, Robert Crocker and his wife, Dorothy, of Martinsville, Ind.; eight grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
A graveside service for Doris (Myers) Griffin will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30, 2009, at Lebanon Cemetery with David Douglas officiating, under the direction of Shadel's Colonial Chapel of Lebanon.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Shadel's Colonial Chapel.
