Services for Henry L. Kellogg, 83, deputy director of the Illinois War council in World War II, were held at the United Church of Hyde Park. Mr. Kellogg died in his home. He served as a major in the army corps of engineers in France in World War I and left the army as a colonel. After World War II he was deputy director of the smaller war plants corporation and inspector of real property for the War Assets administration. He was survived by his widow, Rose; three daughters, Mrs. Gertrude Chartrand, Mrs. Louise White, and Nora Torka; four sons, Henry; John Paul, William, and Charles; a sister; and two brothers.
