Judy M. Johnston, 66, of Stevens, PA died Saturday, October 31, 2009 at Hershey Medical Center. Born in Schoeneck, PA, she was a daughter of the late Galen and Marie Firestone Bedger, and was employed by Keystone Nitewear, Reinholds, PA. She was a member of the Adamstown VFW Ladies Auxiliary, and enjoyed spending time with her family and traveling.

Surviving are her husband of 50 years Eugene E. Johnston; three children: Cindy (Jeffrey) Moyer of Shillington, Tammy (Scott) Sweigart of Elk Grove, PA, and Gene (Lisa) Johnston of Ephrata; 7 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and a sister Jean (Kenneth) Beamesderfer.

Funeral Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at 10:00 AM at the Roseboro Funeral Home, 533 Walnut St., Denver, PA with a Viewing on Tuesday from 6-8:00 PM. Interment in Pleasant View Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 314 Good Dr., Lancaster, PA 17603.
