Cecil Lynn Bair, 33, died today in the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ira O. Bair of rural route 3, Decatur. Mr. Bair underwent a major operation in Peoria, where he was employed by the Caterpillar Tractor Co. last January, and had come to Decatur to recuperate.
He was born May 28, 1912, in Macon county and married Elizabeth Green June 13, 1934 in Mt. Olive, Ill.
Besides his wife and parents, he leaves five children, Richard, Barbara, Shirley, Jackie and Joan; two sisters, Mrs. Doris Arnold and Mrs. Rute Lake, both of Niantic; and two brothers, Glen, with the army in Alabama and John of Decatur.
