Berrien Springs--Mrs. Arthur Brenner, 62, Berrien Center, died at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Loren Airgood, in Benton Harbor.
Mrs. Brenner was born Jan. 28, 1891, in Berrien Center, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Shaffer. She married Brenner on March 25, 1911, and lived in Berrien Center since that time.
Surviving in addition to Mrs. Airgood, are another daughter, Mrs. Ray Fowler of Benton Harbor; one son, Dale Brenner of Niles: a sister, Mrs. Herbert Cauffman of Dowagiac; and eight grandchildren.
She was a member of the Berrien Center Community Church, the World War II Mothers Club, and the Berrien Center Rebekah Lodge.
Friends may call at the McLaughlin Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 Friday at the Union Church near Berrien Center with the Rev. William Swihart, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Union cemetery.
