IN LOVING MEMORIAM,

MILO - Andrew "Andy" James Larson, 32, passed away peacefully March 26, 2009, at home. He was born June 4, 1976, in Bangor, to James and Susan (Paul) Larson.

Andy's love of life was Jim Henson and all of his Muppet friends. He loved watching TV, reading his books and playing video games.

He was a sweet and loving person, and touched the lives of everyone who knew him.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sweet and beloved sister and brother-in-law, Anne and Brent Bailey of Brownville. He was a very special and loving uncle to Shelby Weston, Camron Bailey, Erynn Bailey, Jordan Bailey and Ryan Bailey. Andy is survived by his grandparents, Donna Paul of Brownville, and Arthur and Arlene Larson of Brownville. He will be missed by special aunts and uncles, including Beth and Richard Melanson of Brownville and their children, Erica and Ricky; Rita and Eugene Larlee of Millinocket and their daughter, Leana; Lorna and George Melanson of Florida; and David and Dot Larson of Milo. He is survived by many special great-aunts and great-uncles, especially Roy and Pat McSorley of Elliotsville, and Phil and Caddie Paul of Millinocket. Andy will be missed by his caregiver and friend, Jocelyne Desmond of Milo; and friends, Milton Smith and Sue Mackey-Andrews.

The family is especially grateful to Andy's many doctors, including Barbara Vereault, D.O.; Marion Benner, M.D.; Angela Gilladoga, M.D.; Bob Gause, M.D.; Matthew Hand, D.O.; Thomas Kinkead, M.D.; and Algis Vydas, M.D.

The family expresses appreciation to the nurses at the Wound Center and the visiting nurses from Community Health and Counseling Center, especially Nancy Russell and Mary Tondreau. Thank you all for the love and compassion that you showed him.

Andy had so many friends and neighbors. He loved you all and your visits were always appreciated.

He was predeceased by his grandfather, John "Jack" Paul; his Uncle Johnny; and also his great-grandparents.

Friends and family may visit 12:30 p.m. until time of memorial service 2 p.m. Monday, March 30, at Lary Funeral Home, Milo, with the Rev. Carl Schreiber officiating.
