Charles Headley White, 73, of Murray, former city judge, died Sunday night at his residence following an illness of two years. Mr. White was born May 28, 1856 in Pennsylvania.

Surviving relatives are his widow, Mrs. Sarah M. White and seven daughters, Mrs. Frances Poulson, Hailey, Idaho; Mrs. Kate Forsgren, Brigham; Mrs. Dora Bergen, Ogden; Mrs. Ruby Johnson and Mrs. Geneva Pike, both of Salt Lake, and Miss Helen and Miss Emily White, both of Murray.

Funeral services for Charles Headley White, 73, formerly city judge of Murray, who died Sunday at his residence, Murray, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Murray First LDS Ward meeting house, 176 Vine Street. Samuel Bringhurst, bishop, will officiate. Friends my view the body from 10 a.m. until time of services at the family home. Burial will be in the Murray City Cemetery.

Mr. White held the position of city judge for four years and was widely known in Murray and Salt Lake County. He was born May 28, 1856 in Philadelphia, Pa., and had lived at Murray for the last 23 years. He formerly lived at Goshen and Brigham City.

Surviving relatives are his widow, Mrs. Sarah M. White and the following children: Mrs. Frances Poulson, Hailey, Idaho; Mrs. Kate Forsgren, Brigham City; Mrs. Dora Bergen, Ogden; Mrs. Ruby Johnson, Salt Lake; Mrs. Geneva Pike, Salt Lake; Miss Helen and Miss Emily White, both of Murray; two sisters, Mrs. Ida Morgan, Provo; Winnie Okelberry, Goshen; and one brother, Watson White, Spanish Fork.
