A. B. COLEMAN JR., 69, of Senatobia, Miss., formerly of Memphis, founder of Coleman's Bar-B-Q, died Friday of heart failure at Senatobia Community Hospital. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at C. O. Pate Funeral Home in Senatobia with burial in Scotland Cemetery east of Coldwater, Miss. He was a World War II Army veteran and a member of First United Methodist Church in Coldwater. Mr. Coleman, the husband of Corneil C. Coleman, also leaves two daughters, Resha Coleman of Collierville and Christine Coleman of Memphis; two sons, James R. Coleman of Senatobia and Andrew B. Coleman of Memphis; five sisters, Lurline Whitmore and Pauline Von Staden, both of Memphis, Violet Perkins of Byhalia, Miss., Mae Treadway of Hernando, Miss., and Jean Johnson of Pocahontas, Ark.; a brother, Bob Coleman of Coldwater, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
