John Gilbert Sanderson

John Gilbert Sanderson, 84, died at his home in Courtland about 7 p.m. Tuesday. He was a retired postmaster.

Funeral services will be Friday at 2 p.m. from the residence of A.G. Wales, Courtland.

Burial will be in Courtland Cemetery with Guntharp Brown Service Funeral Home directing.

Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Lottie G. Wales, Courtland; one son, R.C. Sanderson, Town Creek; two brothers, Marvin Sanderson, Tuscumbia; one sister, Miss Flossie Sanderson, Town Creek.
