Kenneth Earl Nusbaumer, 93, of Keystone, Indiana, died at 6:30AM, on Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at his residence in Keystone, Indiana.

He was born on Wednesday, January 19, 1916, in Nottingham Township, Wells County, Indiana. He married Mary Lou (Thomas) on January 27, 1945 in Bluffton, Indiana. He was the son of the late Jesse Lee Nusbaumer and the late Ora Alice (Sawyer) Nusbaumer.

Mr. Nusbaumer was a lifetime Wells County farmer. He was a 1934 graduate of Petroleum High School and had been a faithful member of the Chester Center Christian Church where he had served as trustee, Sunday school teacher and superintendent. Mr. Nusbaumer had been a member of the Gideon's.

Survivors include his wife-Mary Lou (Thomas) Nusbaumer of Keystone. Son-Darrel (wife Debbie) Nusbaumer of Geneva, Daughters-Carol Lugar of Keystone, Linda (husband Carl( Marvic of Cincinnati, Ohio, Marlene (husband Jim) Hoag of Craigville, daughter-in-law Joan Nusbaumer of Keystone, sisters Nilah (Gene) Kelly of Wabash, Juanita Fenning of Bryant, Phyllis (Herbert) Grover of Liberty Center, Donna (Ted) Stanton of Arcadia Florida, 9-Grandchildren, 10 Great-Grandchildren & 3-Step Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his Father, Jesse Lee Nusbaumer, Mother, Ora Alice (Sawyer) Nusbaumer; Son Lamoine Nusbaumer, Brother Cloid Nusbaumer; Sister Berneice Shannon & Grandson Kenneth Eugene Lugar.

Arrangements are being handled by Walker & Glancy Funeral Home, 109 West Windsor Street, Montpelier, Indiana, where the family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday, October 29, 2009 and from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM Friday, October 30, 2009.

Funeral service will be at Walker & Glancy Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Friday, October 30, 2009 with Rev. Ted Stanton and Rev. Dewey Zent Officiating.

Internment will be at Stahl Cemetery in Bluffton, Indiana.
