Christopher Lee Bomprezzi, 40, Community Bank President of BancorpSouth in Millington, TN died Monday, November 9, 2009 at his home in Atoka, TN. He was preceded in death by his father, Joe Bomprezzi Jr. He is survived by his beloved wife, Kim Bomprezzi; his dear children, Chelsea Elizabeth, 8, and Drew Christopher, 4; his brother, Joey Bomprezzi; his sister-in-law, Candi; his nieces, Stephanie and April; his Grandfather Joe Bomprezzi Sr.; and his Grandmother Julia Wadlington. Chris was extremely involved in the Millington community and in several Millington organizations including the Millington YMCA and the Millington Lions Club. He was recently named Chair of the Millington Chamber of Commerce. He received several awards including "Banker of the Year" in 2007 and 2008 and "Man of the Year" in 2008. Chris, a devout Christian, was also very involved with Bartlett Hills Baptist Church. Visitation will be held at Bartlett Hills Baptist Church (901-386-9763), 4641 Ellendale Road, Bartlett, TN 38135, located on the corner of Old Brownsville Road and Ellendale Road, on Thursday, November 11, 2009 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. The funeral will also take place at Bartlett Hills Baptist Church on Friday, November 13, 2009 at 10 a.m. The burial will follow at Memory Hill Gardens on Germantown Parkway.
