Susie Burbank was the wife of Fred Russell Burbank. Susie was the daughter of Mick and Jeanett Hiney Carmer.

Susie Burbank was the wife of Fred Russell Burbank. Susie was the daughter of Michael Carmer (aka early adopted name of Burt Boardman) and Jeanette (Hiney) Boardman.

After the death of Susie's mother, Jeanette (Hiney) Boradman, she was adopted into the family of George Wood and Margaret (Hand) Wood. Her adopted mother, Margaret (Hand) Wood, was the youngest sister of Michael Carmer's biological mother, Ann Nancy Hand (MEMORIAL ID 75567239).
From the Genealogy Records of Northern PA, in reference to the second husband of Ann Nancy Hand "He married (first) Irene Chandler: he married (second) Ann (Hand) Carmer. Born June 6, 1840. She was the widow of Michael Carmer, of Owego New York, by whom she had two children: Jennie and Michael. Ann (Hand-Carmer) Peeling died near Port Allegany, Jan 24, 1907; she was the daughter of Thomas Hand, born in Ireland and came to this country at the age of twelve years, settled near Owego, New York and became a prosperous farmer and lumberman."
