Mrs. Bessie C. Scott, wife of Thomas Gail Scott, died at their home in East Waynesburg, Wednesday, February 25, aged 28 years, of influenze and pneumonia, with which she had been ill for ten days. Mrs. Scott was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James L. Chaplin, of Blacksville, W. Va. She was a member of the Methodist Episcopal church and was highly esteemed. Beside her parents and husband she is survived by three children, James, Madelaine and Jack.
