John Andrew Bowman 1913 - 1950 (Age: 37 ) Son of John C. and Maggie May Perdue Bowman.He enlisted in the United States Army February 13, 1941 served in the 271 Infantry WWII as a Tec. 5. He worked in the Bell & Zeller coal mine No. 3, as a timberman on the night shift. He was killed in mine from a falling rock. He had been working at the mine only three months. John never married.
