Mass of Christian burial was celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday, November 3 in St. Martin's Catholic Church, Tours, with Rev. Frank Miller as celebrant. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery, West.
Mr. Hrabal was born July 30, 1932 near West. He was a resident of Grand Prairie for a number of years and had lived in Arlington for the past 20 years. He was employed at Bell Helicopter for the past 19 years.
Mr. Hrabal was a member of St. Matthews Catholic Church of Arlington and the Knights of Columbus in Arlington. He was also a member of the SPJST Lodge #6 of Cottonwood.
Survivors include his wife Earlene Hrabal of Arlington; one daughter, Cheryl Williams of Denton; two sons, Vince Hrabal and Bryan Hrabal, both of Arlington; his mother, Mrs. Alfons Hrabal, Sr. of Tours; two brothers, Eugene Hrabal of Mooreville and Edward R. Hrabal of Rt. 2, West; three sisters, Georgie Soukup of Robinson, Angeline Grooms of Las Vegas, Nevada and Irene Reeves of Duncanville; four grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Steven Hrabal, Donnie Reeves, Eugene Hrabal, Jr., Richard Soukup, Mark Kocian, Chris Hrabal, Timmy Hrabal, Walter Kocian, Larry Kocian and Edward Kocian.
