Louis R Trepanier served in the US NAVY for over 2 yrs then enlisted in the ARMY and served over 7 years,he ended his tour of duty in the Korean war and was honorably retired from the US ARMY with disabilities he sustained during the Korean Conflict
While recuperating he met and married Jennie Vivian Garofano on November 22, 1951 THEY HAVE 7 CHILDREN: PATRICK E. TREPANIER[1952] ANN MARIE TREPANIER[GARAFANO]1953 LYNN M EADY 1955 MICHELE L. TREPANIER1957 MARY MARGARET TREPANIER 1960 MICHAEL LOUIS TREPANIER 1961 THERESA PAULINE TREPANIER 1964
Louis Trepanier lost his beloved wife Jennie Vivian Trepanier August 16 1985. My father packed up his personal belongings and sold the family home,and moved to Bradenton Fla.There he met Mary Margaret King and married her.My father and Mary loved their retirement yrs residing in Florida for the winters and in Vermont for many summers
Louis Trepanier was active in Loyal Order of the Moose Club 19 yrs, The Elks Club 46 yrs, The D.A.V. and the V.F.W. and the American Legion Post 31 for 52 yrs, where he was Past Commander.
