Mrs. Annie W. Brooks, 75 of 424 S Wilmer Ave., died Monday night at Anniston Nursing Home after a long illness. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Usrey Chapel with the Rev. G. D. Waits officiating. Burial will be in Edgemont Cemetery with Gray Brown Service Mortuary in Charge. She is survived by five sons. Oakley, Willard, William, Douglas, and Roberet Brooks all of Anniston; four daughters, Mrs G. H . Oswalt of Anniston, Mrs C. H Cunningham of Pell City, Mrs. W. E,. Timmons of Anniston, 18 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Lawrence Jenkins, Billy Timmons, Joel James, and Jackie Character. Mrs. Brooks had lived in Anniston all her life.
