George C. Aaron, 57, Washington, formerly of Dallas, Texas, passed away Friday, Feb. 15, 2008, in Washington.
Mr. Aaron, son of Garvin Aaron and wife Georgia, nee Fowler, was born May 18, 1950, in Texarkana, Ark.
He received his education from the Dallas School District.
On March 12, 1983, he was united in marriage to Janet Pierce in Dallas, Texas.
Mr. Aaron was employed by Pac Trust Co. in Portland, Ore.
He was a member of Seagsville Road Baptist Church in Balch Spring, Texas.
Mr. Aaron was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Gewayne Aaron.
He is survived by his wife, Janet Aaron, Washington; his parents-in-law, Dan and Barbara Pierce, Washington; five sons, Stephen Aaron and wife Tenna, Dallas, Texas, Dan Kent and wife Lazet, Rolla, William Christopher Kent and wife Sherrie, Union, Timothy Kent and wife Michelle, Lafayette, La., and Christopher Aaron and wife Michelle, Des Moines, Iowa; two daughters, Cindy Flint, Dallas, Texas, and Tamara Aaron, Rolla; two sisters, Gloria Yeates, Texarkana, Texas, and Gerry Taylor and husband Doug, Dallas, Texas; 14 grandchildren; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, Feb. 20, at the Presbyterian Church of Washington. The Rev. Bill Vincent officiated.
Burial was in the church cemetery.
