Isabel Thompson, 83, Raywick, died at 8:15 a.m., Sept. 20 1997, at Columbia Spring View Hospital, Lebanon.
Thompson was born May 14, 1914, in Marion County.She was preceded in death by: her husband Mack Thompson, who died May 3, 1964; a son, Tommy Thompson, on Aug. 1 1996; her father Louis Bernard Lamkin, on Oct. 25, 1970; her mother, Mary Alice McAtee, on June 6, 1947; two brothers, William and Erne Lamkin; a grandson, Jamie Blandford, on Jan. 26, 1988; and an infant great-granddaughter, Christy Ann Thompson, on Aug. 28, 1973.Survivors include: one son, Charles Thompson of Raywick; 10 daughters, Mrs. Bill (Ruth) Hagan an Mrs. Eddie (Louise) Deep, both of Lebanon, Mrs. Donny (Joyce) Hamilton and Mrs. Richard (Jean) Caswell, both of Louisville, Mrs. Tommy (Judy) Blandford of Raywick, Mrs. Dean (Carol) Minor of Campbellsville, Mrs. Lonnie (Rita) Bland of Versailles, Mrs. Mike (Sue) Sidebottom of Elizabethtown, Mrs. Nolan (Kay) Luckett of Versailles, and Mrs. Joey (Tricia) Edelen of Loretto; 46 grandchildren and 61 great-grandchildren.Mass was at 11 a.m., Sept. 22 at St. Francis Xavier Church, with burial in the church cemetery. Chief celebrant was Rev.
