She was the beloved wife of Walter B.; mother of Valerie Morrissey and Walter (Susan) Belch; grandmother of John Morrissey and Victor Belch.
Mrs. Belch was a retired secretary of Daycar Chemical Co. and had worked in the cafeteria at Cecil Junior High School.
She was a member of Bethany Presbyterian Church and Cecil Generations.
Mrs. Belch enjoyed bingo and pizza.
