Mrs. Florence Jewel Walker, 80, of Eustace, died Wednesday at home after a long illness.

Services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday in the Eubank Chapel, in Canton, with two ministers officiating, Rev. Odis Munns and Rev. Altos Womble. Interment will be in the Morris Cemetery.

Born Oct. 21, 1902 in Jackson, Miss., Mrs. Walker had lived most of her life in Van Zandt County. A housewife, she also was a member of the Rock Hill Pentecostal Church.

Survivors include her husband, Johnny W. Walker of Eustace; five sons, Rev. B. R. Walker of Kemp, Dewey Walker of Tatum, Floyd Walker of Gilmer, Billy Walker of Eustace, and Dale Walker of New Mexico; four daughters, Neva McKinney and Connie Bradley, both of Eustace, Joyce Arnold of Canton, Bobbie Slayton of Jacksonville; one brother Hobert Rogers of Eustace; 32 grandchildren; and 32 great-grandchildren.

Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
