Smith Luttrell, 80, of Eads, retired carpenter for Zellner Construction, died Thursday at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis. Services will be at 11 a.m. today at Shackelford Funeral Home in Bolivar, Tenn., with burial in New Hope Cemetery in Middleton, Tenn. He was a World War II Army veteran, and member of Oakland (Tenn.) Church of Christ and Carpenters Local Union 345 for 35 years. Mr. Luttrell, the husband of Martha Faye Luttrell, also leaves a daughter, Barbara Luttrell of Culleoka, Tenn.; three sons, Roger Luttrell of Arlington, and Ronald Luttrell and Larry Luttrell, both of Eads; a sister, Evelyn Luttrell of Germantown; two brothers, Raymond Luttrell of Middleton and Lenwood Luttrell of Memphis, 12 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.
