Louise McNeil
Clifton – Louise McNeil, 78m Clifton, was pronounced dead on arrival at St. Mary's Hospital, Manhattan, Saturday, May 17.
Mrs. McNeil was born Dec. 24, 1907 in Miltonvale. She was a former bookkeeper and a member of the Faith United Church Presbyterian, Order of the Eastern Star, Senior Citizens Club, Historical Club and Columbian Club, all of Clifton. She was also a member of the Rebekah Lodge of Clay Center.
Her husband, don, died in 1970.
Survivors include a son, Duane of Clifton; and two grandsons.
The funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Faith United Church Presbyterian, the Rev. William Trickett officiating. Burial will be in the Miltonvale Cemetery.
Visitation is at the Phelps Funeral Home, Miltonvale.
