Creightton D "Mac" McClellan of Dillsburg died Tuesday, June 11, 2002, at his home. He was born 1 Jun 1933, in Glasgow, a son of the late John "Peck" and Marion (Coulter) McClellan. He married Eleanor Shomo. Mr McClellan retired in 1983 as a correctional officer with the Camp Hill State Correctional Institution. He was an Air Force veteran of the Korean War. Mr McClellan was a member of Dillsburg American Legon Post, and the Blue Knights International Law Enforcement Club and the Pennsylvania Chaper XII, Dillsburg. Surviving are his wife; three daughters: Dianna McClellan, Donna Eberly, and Dana Eyler, all of Dillsburg, and eight grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Keley. Memorial services were held at 3 pm. Saturday, 15 June 2002 at Cocklin Funeral Home, Dillsburg. (Altoona Mirror, 19 Jun 2002)
