David Clifford Martinez, 64, of Phoenix and formerly of Tolleson died Jan. 18, 2009.
Mr. Martinez was born July 20, 1944, in Duncan, Oklahoma, the son of Margarito Martinez and Patricia Ruth Lewellen. He was the owner of D.P.S. Plastics.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Susan; one daughter, Patricia L. Flores; five brothers, Daniel, Steve, Alex, Robert, and Charlie; one sister, Linnie Kay Risk, and three grandchildren.
A Mass will be celebrated Thursday at St. John Vianney, 539 E. La Pasada Blvd. in Goodyear. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Avondale. For service time, call the church at 623-932-3313, ext. 100.
