FRAMPTON – Elnora "Kay," 68, Lancaster, died Nov. 23, 2009, in Lancaster. Born Feb. 24, 1941, in Belsano, daughter of George and Gladys (Cook) Baldwin. Predeceased by parents; husband, William Frampton; sisters: June Seladi, Beryl Montrenec and Dorothy Montrenec; and brother, William. Survived by son, Mark (Norma Jean), Sandina, Texas; and daughter, Lisa, married to Will Heckman, Lancaster, with whom she resided for the past seven years; grandson, Eric, and his fiancee, Sarah; and special granddaughter, Amanda. During her illness, both Lisa and Will were devoted to her care. A private service was held by the family at Lloyd Cemetery, Ebensburg.
